Horrible!! It takes a long time for the application to load, and display the available goods. Many of the items are also misclassified making it even harder to search for what you want. The search bar is useless. The Andriod version of this app is quite confusing and not user-friendly, It requires a lot of improvement to make the experience smooth and enjoyable, In the meantime, there are many alternative options in the market that serves the same purpose with less headache.

The developers of this app did a great job since two years and giving us a great experience compared to the IOS but still the Google Pay is not functioning well on both my phones (Samsung and Pixel ) i hope they resolve this issue soon . Everything else is perfect ( customer service, delivery, variety of items and food quality) .

The app stopped working after the last update. It keeps going in a loop from changing country,language, few welcome pages then back again. Long before this update, the offers were becoming very weak compared to a competitor like tawseel
