The app can be confused with dual sim or swapped sim. It is considered different device and disallow use. And there is a limit how many times tickets can be imported. After the limit, you have to call their number to get someone online to resolve it.
I can't access my ticket because of the new update. The time zone error is horrible!! How do I fix it?? I need to use my pass for work!! And I purchased my January pass thru the app already !!!!
It does the trick for buying tickets, but it's really glitch. It makes notifications that can't be dismissed. It's also pretty unhelpful as a source of information.
You put ads on an app I use to purchase my tickets? No. This app is barely usable and now you put ads on it? This is not a content app, it's a utility app I use to buy tickets. The ads are annoying.
If you are getting the "Auto Update Device time/clock" error. You have to change your phone's clock by going to your phone's settings, find date and time, and change it to automatic date and time. It's stupid to have to do this but you won't get thrown off the bus like I have recently.
The app was fine until the latest update. Now i have to set a time zone, but I can't do that because the app shuts down. Now it's useless and I can't use my tickets.
