Had a very important business conference call that I needed to record for my team. Tested this app with another call prior to jumping on the conference call....ACR appeared to be recording for the entire 43 minute call, I had a 43-minute mp4 file at the end....and in reality, successfully recorded just the first 57 seconds of the call while everyone was introducing themselves. It suddenly went blank and the remaining "recording" is silent. Choose another app - I have a Moto X Pure Edition and I DID set the settings accordingly prior to using the app. Hopefully someone else recorded that call, because this was pretty important info.
Samsung Galaxy 5 I have used this for several days now and I am very pleased with entire interface and sound quality of recordings and the ability to have options available that makes sense. I do have one question if someone wants to answer it. When it is enabled it is red and then sometimes when I restart it phone, the icon is black but still says enabled. I click on the app and it does turn red. Not sure why it changes color.
Very true amazing apps, Unbeatable customer support, hats off to you guys! Now I again fall in love with the app, highly recommended it to everyone. I love this, but in past it stops working on Sam J7 Android 6.0.1. Even I have tried the suggested option too, though the recording get stops after sometime, and then I need to open the application every time. But the realtime customer support is awesome they help me to sort it out. Thanks a lot team.
For those times you wished you recorded a call Best app you can have. Automatically records incoming and outgoing calls. I suffer with amnesia so it's perfect to listen to calls that you have either forgotten about or can't remember someone's name. Plus you can block all those nobs who call about PPI etc and it gives you the option to warn other ACR users. Get the pro version for £2.99 cheaper then a shi* sandwich at a service station
Nice but.. It starts recording before the call is connected! Is it not easy to detect that the call is connected on Android? (coming from BB10 and it was pretty easy). Also what's the point of locking the app with password if the recording files can be accessed from file manager? Would be better if it gives us option to only export the recordings when needed (since they can be played from inside the app).
Doesn't record automatically I give it 2 stars mainly because it doesn't record automatically. The app needs to be manually opened than when a call comes in or I make a call will it start recording. If I forget to open the app and I make or receive a call then the call does not get recorded. I have gone to settings and turned on auto record and made sure all is peachy but nothing has made it work. The recorded call quality is good and it's small in size. I'm using OPPO F1. If you guys can fix this issue I will be happy to repost.
