This is a great app for recording your calls. I'm a contractor so now I don't have to stop while driving to write down addresses and stuff. But you need to eliminate the long subject line that you input when emailing the recording or shorten it way up or give us the option to put what we want. It's way too long and a pain trying to remove it on every email. It can't be that hard...

Used to work flawlessly and now only records other party when it wants to. On Android 7.0, so 7.1.1 isn't the issue. Tried updating the "recording issue" settings and still records when it wants to. I'm disappointed at best.

After update the app has stopped recording the other person all together. This app is recording my voice only.. It is not recording the other caller.. No reply from Customer Support too even though I have sent numerous emails. Uninstalling the app now..

WE always reply emails. Unfortunately there is a bug with Android 7.1.1 that prevents call recording working reliably. Setting recording delay to 3 or more seconds seems to help but not always. This is same on all call recording apps and we hope will be fixed on Android 8 See https://bitbucket.org/copluk/acr/issues/1224

ACR works perfectly on your phone. Please re-install ACR from the Play Store, remove any other call recording and memory cleaning apps, disable WiFi calling, and reboot your phone. Do not change any settings of ACR what so ever and test to see if the issue gone away. Contact us on acr@nllapps.com if issue is still there.

Your phone have "Power saving" or "Battery saver" options under Phone Settings. Open it and add ACR to "Protected apps". See https://bitbucket.org/copluk/acr/issues/607 for how to on few phones Also remove memory cleaning and battery saving apps if you have any

Used to be a great app but the past 4 months I mainly get a message saying the call wasn't recorded. Useless. Update.. DEV keeps giving same generic solution, delete reinstall, blah blah blah and still doesn't work.

It's working now on my Verizon Galaxy Note 8. Recording quality is amazing..loud and clear. Reinstalled the app then reboot..left every acr setting default. Had to disable video calling and only use HD Voice. This is one of the few apps I use for Android that makes me not switch to an iPhone as my main device..Note 8 is blazing fast and even faster (with transition animation set to 0.5) too compared to my wife's new iphone..now even better with acr working. Great Job Devs! Gladly paid for the PRO version..UPDATE: it works but NOT every time. Hopefully Android 8.0 will fix this issue.

I have been using this app with my Note 5 and never had a problem. I replaced my phone with a Note 8 and have had nothing but problems. The app will record a call with no problem, next call will not record. I removed all programs that activated memory cleaning and changed battery settings that was suggested in your replies, still not recording all the time. Would give highest rating if this was resolved.

This is a revised rating I first rated a two-star for this app but i am changing it to a five-star rating as I forgot to turn off wifi calling on my phone, and it clearly says on the help menu to turn it off. So this app does a wonderful job recording both sides of the conversation, records all calls incoming and outgoing, great clarity, and records everything from beginning to end, with no cut off. I Love This App.

Only few calls are recorded. I strongly believe now all the positive reviews are fake and uploaded by the developer itself. Hardly few calls are recorded and that too short ones provided you have deleted old recordings which is a truth. Users giving 5 stars just to increase the overall ratings.

Over 300K fake reviews? ACR works perfectly on your phone. Please re-install ACR from the Play Store, remove any other call recording and memory cleaning apps, and reboot your phone. Do not change any settings of ACR what so ever and test to see if the issue gone away. Contact us on acr@nllapps.com if issue is still there.

This is a fantastic app,no doubt about it. I want to purchase the full version of it. But I am using MOTO G5S PLUS for the past 1 month and it doesn't work on my new phone. I am so frustrated. It records 10 seconds of calling on both ends and then shuts down for the other 20! All I hear is some electronic whispering when suddenly it switches on and starts playing my voice only! What is this sorcery! Please rectify this glitch in MOTO G5S PLUS. It works perfectly on all other phones.

I loved it initially but now am having trouble accessing it. It is requesting a PIN # and I don't recall setting a PIN and I can't access an option to reset a PIN. Perhaps I missed something with an update. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I have the Samsung Note 8 and although I could hear myself clearly..but I could not hear the person on the other end. The developer advised of an issue with Android 7.1.1 and suggested a fix that did work! The app works great now. So changing my 2 stars to 5...Thanks!

Worked fine until I upgraded to Android 8. Now it won't record the person I'm calling. Have tried everything but still don't work. Would gladly given 5 stars, but not until it works properly.

01/10/2017 : ACR is thee best apk out there and i have buy a pro version to 3 of my cellphones. Today (01/10/2017) i had some issues with this apk as it was not recording, as i have never seen this quick response from NLL developers. ( my problem is solved) I would recommend all out there to use, cuz of the service they provide. I usually don't write a review but these guys gave better service so they deserved it. Thank you

Sorry to say guys but this is not good. Sometimes works and most times doesnt. Bluetooth or not makes no difference. I can hear myself clearly but rearly the other person. Just not worth the money. Huawei p10.

Bluetooth will not work on your phone. Buy, I am using it on P10plus and have no issues. Make sure you apply Android 6/7/8 settings

Worked perfectly every time on my stock Note 4 for 2 years. Crystal clear for both sides of the conversation. Now that I have my stock Note 8 on Android 7.1.1, it rarely picks up both sides of the conversation. I've changed the settings as suggested in the app and nothing seems to make it work consistently. Just updated to 25.2 and now there is another issue. I have the dark theme set and most of the text is white but a LOT is black throughout the app. It's very difficult to even see black text on a dark gray background. If I refresh the recording list, he white text would turn black and vice versa. I fixed it by turning off dark theme and turning it back on.

Well I had no issues until the latest update. Now records nothing but keeps saying "recording". Before thst everything was fine.. i am on samsung s8, what changed?

The app works great, sometimes. Sometimes it will record a call perfectly. Other times it will only record one side of the conversation, or only a few minutes. I have all settings set to how they reccomend, but it apparently does nothing.
