The Benefit Action Center is a National Motor Club (NMC) app that enables members online account access from virtually anywhere. Members can locate a roadside service provider nearest their location of disablement and easily make requests for benefit reimbursements, submit supporting documentation, receive notifications, and view the status of their reimbursement requests.
With the click of a button, the GPS location services powered by Google maps can help members find a service provider nearest their disablement location. Simply call the provider of your choice and submit the paid receipt via the BAC app for reimbursement processing.
