■ Essential Access Permissions

- Photos and Videos: Used for app installation, joint certificates, and saving app content and images.

- Phone Number: Used to verify mobile phone numbers for identity verification and to check mobile phone status and device information to prevent electronic financial fraud.

※ NH All One Bank does not, in principle, collect sensitive information that may infringe on customer privacy. If necessary, it collects and uses such information restrictively with separate consent.

- Contacts: Accesses the contact list to use the recipient's contact information for All One Remittance (Contact Remittance), Foreign Currency Gifting, Split Payment, Registering Frequent Remittances, and All One Business Card.

- Camera: Used for ID card photography (membership registration, opening deposit/withdrawal accounts, increasing remittance limits), video call authentication, facial recognition, and QR payment.

- Location: Used to find branches based on location. - Microphone: Used for AI Talk voice search and video call authentication when opening a deposit/withdrawal account.

- Nearby Devices: Used for video call authentication when opening a deposit/withdrawal account.

- Biometric Information: Accessed for app login via fingerprint recognition.

- Physical Activity: Used for using the All One Pedometer service.

- Notifications: Accessed to send push notifications for deposit/withdrawal and benefit information.

- Advertising Identifier (ADID): Used to provide personalized services and benefits.

※ You can use the service even if you do not allow access to optional access permissions, but there may be restrictions on the use of some features.

※ You can agree to or withdraw access permissions for installed apps in the ‘Settings > Privacy’ menu for each device.

■ If you are using an existing app, you must delete and reinstall the app to configure access permissions.
