Honestly glad I bought it when it was on sale because I can't see it worth the original price it was at for a auto runner. Also I hope there is more point to collecting coins other than to increase your score because for the most point I'd rather have a shop in which I could spend them on for upgrades or possible different character skins.
Fun game, easy to just pick up and play without commitment. The nostalgic high score type is fun, but it loses my interest after awhile due to there being no feeling of progression at all. May need upgrades or a leveling system. 4/5
As a general rule, if NoodleCake publishes it, it's a good game. This one does not disappoint. Cute pixel art graphics, easy to play but requires skill to play well. Reminds me a bit of Wind-Up Knight (and that's a good thing).
Minus a few stars for the blatant rip-off of purple tentacle from Day Of The Tentacle. Good game though.
It's an fantastically unforgiving game that'll have you hooked to keep playing and unlocking more upgrades. I recommend this to anyone into roguelikes.
Cannabalt meets Spelunky. Pretty fun, wish there was something to collect besides a high score... Maybe future updates?
