For the two years we have had this system in place for our building, this app has worked about 30% of the time. We have had so many missed deliveries because of it! The worst part is that the 'missed' call will show in the log, say 'refused,' but the call won't have gone to either my husband or myself, both of whom are set up for the notifications. What I'd give to have an old-fashioned buzzer or telephone.

Hello, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We are working tirelessly with the app developer to create an app update that will improve Android functionality and fix any bugs. We aim to have the latest app released by the end of this month.

Not reliable. This system does not worka properly most of the times. Even the post man complains that he can not hear no body in any of the 5 buildings with this system. And is slow when works. Also you can not select the order of users receiving the calls. Something so basic as a menu whit your users and be able to select the order yourself would be helpful. I asked them but they say "send and email and we will change it in 24h". that is not what i would like AT ALL.

The implementation is just awful. No idea who designed the app functionally, but that person must never had any experience with intercom. Why on earth it would not call other instances of the app simultaneously. If I am not at home and my partner is, she would never know someone was at the door. The app should detect home network and call anyone who is connected to that wifi. Simple as that. As app only rings when you're connected to the wifi anyway.

Hello,
We apologize for the problems encountered on the application. We suggest you to register for the beta-test program on the new version of the Android application, which corrects several errors in the display of buttons and connectivity. Just go to the app's page on the Play Store and ask to participate in beta testing.
