Ratings and reviews

Good password storage, rarely autofills, buggy. Although advertised as having autofill function, it's not seamless as other options, most of the time I just copy and past the user names and passwords because it's too much hassle to try and get Nord to autofill, autofill often triggers AFTER I manually paste everything, unhelpful. It also tris to fill in OTP fields a lot, very annoying, but it's a common issue with every other option I tested. Also asks me to save credentials already saved.

I got this password manager because I've been moving away from Kaspersky. Nord came well rated and is a known brand, but it hasn't been great for me. Starting out it wouldn't accept the export options from Kaspersy, so I had to manually input all my passwords. Since installing, I've been unable to activate autofill on my phone, S23 Ultra. And now, there's is some sort of issue with the app where it won't load and so all of my passwords are inaccessible. Just not acceptable for a password manager

Not available when you need it most. Yesterday I had the worst experience where this app had a login issue and all my passwords were unavailable. There was no communication from the company and no follow up to date. This is a paid service but feels like a free to use service. Will be looking elsewhere after too long with this unreliable service.
