Awful, there were no instructions to set it all up and when I clicked on "Complete set up" I was logged out as if I hadn't even paid. I contacted support and spent around two hours just trying to get answers to basic questions. My PC speed has slowed to the point where I'm only getting 25% of the WiFi speed I had before. Worst purchase I've made in years and I'll likely remove the software within a week.

I like the value of the annual plan and the overall experience. People don't seem to understand that you can turn off marketing notifications in the app settings if they wanted to. My only complaint is that after this recent UI update, I've been having issues with it trying to reconnect randomly. I'll be trying to do something and won't have connection because it's trying to connect to the vpn. Then I can't access the Internet unless I turn it off. It's not set to block internet without vpn.

All worked fine for first 12 months. no idea what they have done to fix what wasn't broken but now it's logged me out and I can't log in. Keeps going round in circles. too many login attempts. error sending code. and other fault notices but no access. Why am I paying for something I can no longer use. Nord dont seem to care and all so called ways to fix DON'T WORK. Just like the app. disgusted customer.
