Ratings and reviews

VPNs are worth paying for, the free one just don't cut it. Nord is super easy to use and works well. There are a bit too many tie-ins to other products in that annoying antivirus-style shady marketing/leading method, but mostly works well without interruption. My main gripe is that the trusted network feature of auto connect was removed, they say it's due to Android security policies...but I know other legitimate apps that have it.... hopefully it returns before my subscription is up...

Service cancelled by vendor before 30 days of service had been provided. When provided with Play Store receipt they still refused to even address the issue at all, saying it is Google's fault. No error with the payment whatsoever. No effort to look into the issue on their side. I've been a long time customer who has been considering leaving due to the tales of the service and support worsening recently. I've had enough. Did not receive service I paid for. Appalling lack of customer service.

I hate this app so much. It will often disconnect and then "try to reconnect", but it never does. I have to open the app, hit cancel, and then tap connect to get it to work again. This happens many times every day. I emailed their customer service and they gave me instructions on how to fix the issue, but the instructions didn't work as they weren't applicable to my phone. I emailed them back that and I never heard back from them. Ticket ID #15351921
