What happened to this app/service??? I have been a customer for 6yrs. I have always had fantastic, reliable service/experience. This last update is horrible. The app states I'm connected. But ads started popping up. Unless this feat is gone? When I got on the website it showed that I was "unprotected". I have always used the sideload ver. For some reason the Playstore app crashes my device. Sideload ver has always been reliable in the past. As I said before. What happened?

We've struggled with NORD VPN for a few years and we can assure you of this: it will, indeed, protect you online. Problem is, it "protects" you by keeping you OFF LINE so much of the time trying to fiddle with its temperamental interactions with your browser (we've tried to use it with a whole raft of different browsers - it's unstable with all of them) and it really doesn't matter which one you use: this VPN will prevent you from being able to connect or maintain connections with most sites.

My first experience with a VPN and it just about turned me off of them. Doesn't work right on my phone (apps can't connect) and doesn't work on my PC, either. When attempting a moneyback guarantee they had me do troubleshooting (of which one of the steps was using a competitor's service to see if I had a DNS leak) and then told me to use a different browser. Because that will fix issues with the phone apps? Terrible product, terrible service.
