I used to be much more impressed with this app than I am now.... the connection is spotty at best while CONSISTENTLY dropping signal and keeps me from getting a constant update on anything I'm using that should be connected to the internet. I feel like I shouldn't have to manually connect to a different server every time I actually want to get a message to come through for example. I have no problem with Nord overall as the app on PC seems to work fine, but the mobile app is garbage.

On my Fire stick, it continually drops my connection when using cinema app. It's done this on 2-3 of my devices so it's not isolated. I will not renew even though I used them for years. I also advise you to use a different VPN. Edit: I alternated between the three protocols. At first I thought it was working on Nordlynx, but no, same thing. Also, the auto connect does not work once the VPN is kicked off, you have to open the nord app to reconnect, it's ridiculous!

The app advertised a free 7 day trial upon redownload. I went to sign up for the free trial. During sign up, the app requested my credit card. I didn't think twice about it because there was a typical disclosure of "you will be automatically charged $99 for the annual subscription at the end of the trial". I put my information in and I was immediately charged. There's no built in function in the app to request a refund, you have to go through the site. 5-10 days for a refund. Broken/slimy model.
