I like this app, but it's frustrating to use. For some reason it can't get the "little things" together. For instance, the log-in seems broken because it gets stuck in a loop of errors and takes 20 minutes to log in. Then it's always asking to update seemingly every time I open the app, which leads to the log-in loop glitch and constant hassle. On startup it keeps popping up even after I close it. I just wonder, why can't the app interface be less annoying? 3 stars until this gets fixed.

What happened to this app/service??? I have been a customer for 6yrs. I have always had fantastic, reliable service/experience. This last update is horrible. The app states I'm connected. But ads started popping up. Unless this feat is gone? When I got on the website it showed that I was "unprotected". I have always used the sideload ver. For some reason the Playstore app crashes my device. Sideload ver has always been reliable in the past. As I said before. What happened?

Does what it's supposed to do to hide your identity. Had to change my rating from 5 to 2 stars. I've been shutting the app down due to how much it slows down my phone. The only time I turn it back on is when on a public/open wifi. Just trying to connect to my camera system goes from about 10 seconds without Nord to almost a minute with it on. That's a huge time difference!
