I purchased a laptop from Al Zaha Br. When I switched it on, it became very hot within a few minutes and the battery drained quickly. It also appears to be refurbished because one of the screws is missing. I contacted the team, but I did not receive a positive response. This has been a waste of both time and money. I am still waiting for the repair, and it has been several weeks.

Extremely disappointing customer experience. I had ordered One plus 13 mobile device ( arctic dawn colour) but I was sent a black coloured phone. I called the customer care service and I was told that they will initiate the refund within the next 12 hours. I sent them the device pictures as required by them. Also I requested a replacement with the colour I had ordered before. Now it's been almost 24 hours and there is no news from their end. Very bad experience indeed
