AAPROVEL is a private, non-profit association, legally based on the Federal Constitution, article 5, items XV, XVIII, XIX, XX and XXI, as well as the Civil Code, article 53 and following, and aims to defend and promote the interests of its members, offering them a range of benefits and support through mutual aid, based on the principle of association.

At the end of each month, losses due to theft, robbery, and collisions are accounted for and divided (prorated) among active members. Therefore, AAPROVEL should not be confused, under any circumstances, with commercial companies that operate in the insurance sector, since AAPROVEL only offers support for the member's equipment (vehicle/motorcycle) through association, sharing expenses caused by accidents, aggravated theft, or robbery, according to the rules established in the Internal Regulations, ordinances, and internal communications.
