I love the idea of this app but it just doesn't seem to work very well for me. I tried it before and it would only monitor my sleep until about 2 or 3am, then turn off and the alarm would never go off. That may have been to do with power saving on my phone, so I tried it again last night and it seemed to work - monitored for the whole night and the alarm came on. However it now seems to have deleted the data from this night and doesn't show anything anymore, just says 'short night or nap' with nothing on the graph? I really want to use this app but it just keeps having issues :(
Nice features available in the free version. With some more nights I expect it will get more accurate at tracking the quality of my sleep. The graph showing the sleep cycle is very useful. I wish it had the option to track steps like the iOS version does. If upgrading to the premium version required a single payment instead of a subscription, I would get the upgrade.
Love the alarm! The alarm is perfect; no more abrupt awakening which for me I believe was sometimes the cause of headaches. I mostly feel more rested or at least more ready to get out of bed. Wish the sleep note had a selection for noting medication taken at bedtime as well as any body pain.
I love the concept. Used it once and and I actually think it worked fine. My problem with it is that it instructs you to leave your phone charging overnight (which is not only potentially harmful but would also kill your battery cycles over time). My phone has a nice battery and it doesn't need to be charged every day so I feared this practice might change that. (I actually didn't follow that instruction and just trusted my phone to stay on without being plugged in, but then I woke up to a "battery draining app" notification.) It's a good app but I'm not going to risk it.
I've run this app on two phones, side-by-side. The graphs are totally different every night. It makes me wonder how accurate it really is. My guess is not very accurate at all.
So far so good. The only problem I can see it's my 5 cats messing with the results as they walk over me during the night.
