Ratings and reviews

The new update is horrendous, can't show current balances instead of available, alerts work when they want to despite checking all the perimeters, and the blank white screen bug came back after not happening for all of 3 days, the ui is ugly and I have to scroll for info that used to be all on the landing page before for anything more than 3 accounts.

This app has always been slow and had bugs, but it was nice when they finally added a mobile deposit option. Too bad the mobile deposit option fails more often than it succeeds. Mobile deposit has been unsuccessful for 2 months now. Doubt it will be fixed anytime soon.

Im constantly having to reset my.password because my passwords randomly decide to stop working, and half the time the password reset won't work. This has been an issue for me for months and any Tim's I've gone into the bank their rude and basically call me stupid, saying stuff liek well I don't know what to tell you. Are you sure you put the password in right. Instead of saying yeah the app is buggy let me get someone who can fix this.
