Works well wouldn't mind if it adjusted for the type of drink. Like beer should actually be negative 8 oz and coffee should be closer to 50% of the same glass of water. Over all though very helpful.
I like that it is simple and actually works. I am definitely drinking way more water! But because they spread out the reminders well, I dont feel like im trying to chug huge amounts of water at once.
In the beginning, I did look into a few similar apps and I tot I wud choose this for a trial. On using it, it really is an excellent apps. One of the features I quite fancy a lot is, besides having a range of pre-set volumes to choose as our standard single intake volume, the volume actually consumed can be entered or recorded to be added on to the accumalative total. Also, the apps' other features are useful and great. I am definitely using this apps for good and no other.
Anyone else having battery drain issues since the last update? My GS8+ is always notifying me that this app is the cause of my rapid battery drain. Help!
Sometimes you need a reminder of how much water you really need. This helps tremendously, especially if you're sick. When you've got a cold or any illness, you need extra hydration.
My son told me to download a water app as I hardly drank any... Great app, reminds me every hour but I always try to have had water before the hr so I don't feel like I have failed... Thanks to the app I drink a lot more water.
