Squats are good for your body and in this app they record your squats and show what you have lost from exercising. They even have a graph of you past records for how much you have exercised. At the end of the trainings they ask you how you feel and get you to the right level you should be on. They have practice to see how many you can do and when you are done they make it seem so encouraging in the sentences telling how good I did! I would I would rate this app 5 stars!🌟
I have issues with boredom with working out and so how many reps I've done is hard to keep track of. This app helps keep track of my progress. It also has decent looking training plans, but I haven't used one yet since I'm already doing one.
Love it. Can you please add more hard ones please? I am on the last hard one. Its 296. I have to do it twice a day, to make it harder. Please? :)
Its amazing keeps track, you can rest, it's just great I recommend this if you want to practice and do your squats. This app will leave your lower body part toned and muscular ! 👌🏼
