If your using a mobile or a tab, this app is just perfect for you. It records your excercise by your motion sensors and just like a real trainer, it guides you. Its User Interface is absolutely flawless..too simple to follow. I've been using apps of #northpark frm a long time. I know hoe cool the are..they hav apps for pushup's, pull ups, situps, and squats. I'd recommend you good fella's to download all except the one fr the abs..u have other great ones in the market. P.S.- i'm an amatuer fitness trainer.
This is a good one, like the one you made for push ups, I love it. But the counter is missing some squats so the results are somewhat inaccurate. I don't know what clicks the counter going?? Besides position, as in holding the phone with my hands stretched forward, is how I hold the phone also a necessity for the counter to register? I've tried to hold it differently but it's still missing some 2 or 3 squats every now and then. Besides that, this is a great app and keep it up!!!!
I'm just starting out and I must say I agree with everyone. This app shows you correctly how to do squats the right way and counts for you. Reguardless of your fitness level you can start off at any time! Update 2017: This is by far the best app I have EVER had! Not even joking! I stopped doing them because I'm lazy, so I am starting over! I love that I don't need to get ripped off at a gym to get my body right! After 3yrs of having this app? NO others can compare! Keep up the great work! Folks like me, appreciate this sooooo much! Hands down, favorite app company! Oh! Can Yall make a app for your buttocks please?
Love the app. While I'm in practice mode it helps count my squats since I have lots of distractions. Love the calorie conversion also. Highly recommended.
Very good, easy to push yourself. Good breakdown of progress. I'm not a fitness guy but I actually look forward to seeing how many I can do day by day.
