If I zelle someone money, it transfers instantly, If I transfer money to a different bank account, it takes a handful of days? Make it make sense? If I make a payment to certain places, why does it not post right away? Why am I waiting to see my account balance days later to figure out what my budget is? I find it frustrating that I have to check my account almost daily to make sure I'm good. Also app errors out sometimes and won't let you login. If it's a Sunday your SOL cuz no one works.

It's a pretty simple app. Probably not as many functions as larger banks but it suits my needs. I've used the check deposit option a few years back and it worked fine, but I haven't used it since as I don't have a need for it. I just use the app to view accounts and transfer money. As a heads up, it usually isn't accessible at certain times on Sundays. Usually early morning hours. (Business time related or maintenance maybe?)

There always seems to be a problem with logging in from 12 am - forward. It says my information is wrong when I 100% know it's not and when I try to change my log in info I cant. It would be nice if I could see my account at whatever hour I'd like. And the app is up to date so that's not the problem. I'm concerned about this. What if I have an emergency and I wanted to see my account and couldnt??? Please try to fix this.
