So you guys make us go from the old username and password to a pin and not long after that you revert it back? Can you guys stick with one way to log in please. This is ridiculous and I've now had to pick a new password and can't use my usual one because all it took was 1 attempt before I was locked out. Just. Stop. Updating. Edit: oh and the "remember me" option straight up doesn't work I have to manually do it every single time. This update was such a disappointment.

This app is way too confusing. I'm attempting to login and it asks your for your SS + your zip code in that format. Now, I'm locked out of my account and I can't access anything and I have to call Customer Support. UPDATE: After being on hold for 35 mins, I was finally able to access my account. Turns out it was an issue with their system. I just think the log in process should be simplified. I understand they want to take security precautions which is great, but make it easy!

If you've been around long enough to remember NWFCU first mobile app, this thing is great. It's better than my wife's name brand franchise bank in most cases even. It still relies on falling back to using a mobile web browser embedded into the app for some features but for day to day use it's perfectly functional without errors. Adding external bill pay options might require using the desktop we page but to me that's still OK.
