In regard to the app being under maintenance: Norwex launched a new line of products at the end of July 2020. Unfortunately the massive amount of traffic on the site and app caused it all to crash. From my understanding they've been doing everything they can to make sure the Consultant Site remains up and working before tackling the app. Couple that with the staggering increase in business they've had over the past 4 months, give them some time to sort things out. They're only people too. :)

The website and app functionality is horrible. Norwex really needs to rethink their setup for both. I think they should have 2 apps. One strictly for Consultants and one for Customers only with a link to become a Consultant. I am a Consultant and pretty Tech savvy and still confused on just placing an order for me and the customer. It's to much going on of everything. The customer experience should be very easy to use and easy for the consultant to explain. Simplicity Norwex Simplicity.

Same as the other recent reviews stuck on load screen, cleared cache, storage, got all updates, restarted phone. Only works when I uninstall & reinstall, just the 1st time, after that stuck again. Been nothing but problems since the launch, it's great when it works, super helpful, but needs to work more than 1 time!
