Ratings and reviews

App is good for showing the stuff from the main site quickly on your phone. But 2 problems. When you click on a product, it shows a items from the seller down the bottom, but can't open the full list of all their products. Also, the favourites don't sync between app and website even when logged in to both, which has been annoying recently when I browsed on the app for presents, then went on laptop to purchase them, only to find I had to search for them again because they weren't in favourites.

The app is a good idea, but with so much to see, i would have liked more filtering options. I also needed to ask the seller a question but when I submitted, the app said there was a problem sending the message each time, so I had to go to the website to try again. After checking my emails I saw auto responses to all 4 of my attempts! Oops - poor seller has been bombarded.

Nine times out of ten, I'm extremely happy with my purchases. Like the unusual ones, plus most things I get are made in the UK. Always back local if possible Sometimes get stung with high postage charges!
