One of our goals is to help home healthcare employees effectively manage communications. This is particularly important for office employees who are working after hours or cannot immediately access a computer.

In this release we have added alerts to help office employees keep track of notification responses. This is incredibly useful for time-sensitive tasks such as handling callouts, and reduces the workload for on-call employees by giving them immediate access to incoming field responses.
