Wisdom and proverbs in Arabic literature in general, and Arabic poetry in particular, have an excellent position. But all these parables, with their three sections, fully reflect the public and individual life and the experiences of human societies and the individuals of these societies.

Abdullah Fikri “Pasha” bin Muhammad Baligh bin Abdullah bin Muhammad (1250 AH - 1306 AH / 1834 - 1889 AD): An Egyptian minister, polite. has systems. He was born in Mecca, and his father had gone there with the army of the Wali of Egypt. He grew up in Cairo, and was educated at Al-Azhar.
He was an undersecretary for the National Education Department, a senior clerk in the House of Representatives, and a superintendent of Egyptian knowledge in 1299 AH, and he resigned after four months. Accused of participating in the Urabi Revolution, imprisoned, and acquitted. In the year 1306 AH, he was chosen as the head of the Egyptian scientific delegation at the Astwalkhom Conference. He died in Cairo.
He has books, including "The Intellectual Benefits", "Al-Mamlaka Al-Batinah", "Sharh Badiyah Safwat", letters and articles.
