Ratings and reviews

Constant buffering if you try to cast to a 4k tv. Unreliable service for live events and poor customer support. I used to be a regular customer. I had a live pay-per-view stream become unavailable half-way through through the event. An anonymous support representative stated that the event is available as a recording and copy-pasted a useless paragraph from terms and conditions.

Buffering at least once every minute when casted on my Android TV. TV is the same and internet provider is the same. Speed test shows 70Mbps. Used to work normally.

Awful app, awful site. Full of bugs of all sorts. Payment methods are just terrible. You put your money in their hands and they won't take it. In the site you can only pay with Epay.bg and even that didn't work for me. You can't pay with a Visa, a Mastercard, PayPal, nothing! In the app I tried two cards and through phone service - none worked. Fix your payment system, because at this point it's ridiculous.
