Added task setting controls for shifts and templates, allowing each task type (Job Duties, Tours, Checklists, Checkpoints, Instructions, Custom Reports) to be configured independently with three options:
Company Default – Inherits tasks from company-level defaults
Site Default – Inherits tasks from the assigned site's configuration
Custom – Allows shift-specific task assignments
