app is good. However, I had a terrible customer service experience. I purchased my first shoe but then tried to post it on my lookbook but couldn't allow me. went through customer service and, despite following up for more than 2 months and going through different customer service reps to re-explain over and over again, left me disappointed. response that they looked into, it never got to be resolved. I've deleted my account, hence the 1 star rating. Bad customer service experience.

Doesn't work. Whenever I look at a product the buttons will stop working so I can't wishlist or purchase. Website is better.

Super regret to buy from this platform. Delivery speed too slow, could take more than a month to reach you. Bad system, after made payment then only receive email saying your purchase is confirmed without any info, no order ID, no where to track. Website promised to receive within 12 working days which is totally lying. Think twice before make any orders with this platform. Even until now I still yet to receive my order.
