Hobson's choice! First 5 minutes..poor interface - lacks obvious choices and options for data entry. Constant repeat error messages setting up .. phone use only no laptop already waiting for email responses from help desk .. That's just tryng to get in .. This bit is broken How well does the whole app work ? No idea can't get what n it's broken. Not holding out much hope based on start up and accessibility :( Reliability level low

Without this I don't think a costly new roof for our tenement building would have been possible. Support team were quick and helpful in their responses.
