terrible - nothing works 1. It took 4 attempts to verify the email address because the email does not open correctly. 2. Location finder does not find the parking location when you need it, despite being set to accurate. It finds it 1 hour later, when you have moved. Then, does not update again. 3. No payment option to pay the parking, despite that being the only reason to have this app on my phone. 4. Setting my profile to English still brings up everything in Greek. 5. FAQ are irrelevant.

Several notifications about issues I sent to them were never answered to and others were never resolved. One of them was illegal parking on both side walks of a whole street which was never resolved despite my suggestion

The application forwards your request to the partner municipalities but is not involved in the resolution time. For more information, you may contact your Municipality’s customer service line directly, providing your report reference number.

I cannot use the parking feature. The screens do not fit my mobile screen and I cannot see/select the options. I have checked the permissions on my mobile, they are ok, but still ... Major problem, unacceptable. Today, I have a doctor' s appointment and I will probably get fined ... The kiosk, (as a fall back plan) has technical issues, and could not accept the payment!!!
