terrible - nothing works 1. It took 4 attempts to verify the email address because the email does not open correctly. 2. Location finder does not find the parking location when you need it, despite being set to accurate. It finds it 1 hour later, when you have moved. Then, does not update again. 3. No payment option to pay the parking, despite that being the only reason to have this app on my phone. 4. Setting my profile to English still brings up everything in Greek. 5. FAQ are irrelevant.

The app itself works just fine, however, it requires some adjustments so it becomes more user-friendly. unfortunately though, it doesnt seem that there is much use from the City Halls and the appropriate persons. I have made a few reports for illegal parking since last week and they are still pending (hence of no use). most reports made are still pending after 2-3 months, therefore, there is absolutely no real use of having this app.

absolute joke of an app. just downloaded it and after I verified my email (after clicking the email link and got a page saying I can now use the app) I then click continue on the app to get told "too many requests". so I close and open the app but am told to register each time with no option to login. whoever created this needs fired.
