About this app

90 Days Later provides a simple, structured approach for you to create a drink plan and record actual consumption. Use the app to track your progress and identify what you have learned.

Start with plans you think are doable. Easy, even. Ask what you are willing to commit to and plan that. You’ll build trust in yourself and feel in control of your choices.

On the planning screen select a day, then enter your plan. Create each plan 24 hours in advance.

The consumption choices are intentionally simple. It is less important what you choose than why.

Do not skip the why question. You want to be intentional because habits thrive when behaviour is automatic.

Record what you actually consumed and what you learned. Consider your learnings when you create your next drink plan. Reduce quantities as you build trust.

Track overall progress from the calendar view. A green dot signifies you hit or under drank your plan, a red dot that you over drank your plan, a black dot that you created a plan but haven’t recorded consumption. No dot means no plan was created.
