The game was glitchy so i gave it a break, when i tried to log back in got hit with this permanent ban wave injustly...like most these accounts below, i can't even appeal on discord as its asking me to verify my phone number and password and always says incorrect password!. Please answer your emails or set up an alternative way to raise tickets to unban accounts listen to your community and make it great again please. Thanks !

I discarded the glitches of the game and continue to play.But when I log out and re-log in again, my account was permanently banned.This is so annoying.

Basically this game is just farming nothing more since players have peace treaty. Maybe its better if the monsters actually attack the kingdoms, and soldiers can be killed by the monster so that we can have action.
