Only been using the app for the last 3 months, I found it very easy to use even for a 60 year old customer! No problem entering meter readings, all done in a couple of minutes. Interesting to learn that even when showing £xxx in credit, this is based on the last quarterly bill + my monthly payments, not accurate to the date of my latest reading.
Sadly one star is the minimum. App tells me it doesn't recognise my details, yet I can login perfectly with them on a computer. The sum total of support was to suggest I uninstall and reinstall which of course didn't work at all. Previous versions worked fine for what they did as all I wanted to do was submit a meter reading, can't even do that now. Uninstalling as it is just wasting space on my phone
Really poor! Won't let me submit a meter reading, then tells me we need a meter inspection, but have heard nothing from N power directly. Really glitchy and rubbish for keeping track of bills and payments.
V confusing. App writers vanity project. Misinformation on my account. And why does installing the app require access to my pictures files and location?? Data mining that's why! I'm out!
Really rubbish. You submit meter readings and Npower does not even bother adjusting whether you are in credit or not. There is no relationship between the bills they send and what the app says. Come on Npower if you want people to use this please keep information on the app up to date.
Since it has been updated, it's been rubbish. You'd have though with the smart meters installed they would have monthly costs showing. Mine was December. My meter is showing one read & the smart meter is showing a different number on the app. Please put it back to the old app!
