Sadly one star is the minimum. App tells me it doesn't recognise my details, yet I can login perfectly with them on a computer. The sum total of support was to suggest I uninstall and reinstall which of course didn't work at all. Previous versions worked fine for what they did as all I wanted to do was submit a meter reading, can't even do that now. Uninstalling as it is just wasting space on my phone
Really poor! Won't let me submit a meter reading, then tells me we need a meter inspection, but have heard nothing from N power directly. Really glitchy and rubbish for keeping track of bills and payments.
To be honest it's a pile of rubbish Npower should be ashamed to publish it and their web team are an inept waste of time unable to rectify the software problems the on line version is not much better either
Abysmal. Worst app I have ever used. No help available online or by telephone. Two points (among many) When a statement is due, when the date is reached the app simply deletes the event. No indication that the statement takes 3 to 5 WORKING days to produce. Why?? Why does it matter that its a working day? Why doesn't the app leave a marker saying the statement is being prepared? With a previous supplier, and my current water supplier, as soon as I submit a meter reading I get a up to date statement. As I have digital meters and npower claim to read them every 30 minutes, why can't I have an up to date statement at any time??? Second . On the timeline graph the x axis is time (naturally). But what is the y axis?? The first thing we learn in secondary school is to label the axes. I'm guessing (!!!) it is kw hours. But it should be labelled. This app (and the website) are so bad I will be switching from npower at.the earliest opportunity. Very disappointed to say the least. Would be zero stars.if I could.
Good App, but can be a bit temperamental. Will log off for no reason and won't let you log back in for a few hours
