Our Chat support team is available Mon-Fri, 8 am-8 pm EST via the App.

you promised me a new thermostat many many months ago if I downloaded the app, which I did. I then used that app to access my account and am STILL waiting for that thermostat.

NRG is very efficient in sending how much electricity I use once a week and I told my friend who also changed to NEG.
