Ratings and reviews

It would be good to display the overview of the order before payment. Also, if it were possible to pay when you decline the payment. (for example when you decline because you wanted to verify the order)

I ordered the parcel with delivery and paid for the delivery between 8 and 10 am. The parcel were supposed to be delivered today(13.03.2023 between 8 and 10 a.m), but I have not received the parcel. I contacted DPD and they told me that they have not received the goods. It is terrible when I pay company for delivery on a certain time, and the company has not even sent the parcel to the carrier. I am extremely disappointed, and we decided not to use Mall.cz in further. This service is terrible.

I have no idea, how such a big company has such terrible tech. The UX of the app is so bad. Some parts do not fit in the layout and it is not possible to move the screen that it would. Sometimes some buttons do not work.
