Used this app for ev charging. while I eventually got the app to work, I first had to recover a password, was told they couldn't email me because it was out of hours, couldn't read an error message telling me to set up payment because it couldn't fit on the screen, I couldn't find where to add payment details and then I couldn't get the SWIPE to charge function to work properly. whoever designed the ev charging component of this app should be fired.

terrible interface every time I use this app I have to spend 10 mins plug in, unplug, plug in etc before it actually starts working. finding the EV charger is only possible via the map which does sometimes but mostly doesn't use location. authorising charge and payment is another time wasting hurdle that only works sometimes. do what Evie does and get better

it prompted to use the my Nrma app to start Ev charging at the charging station. the charging station was not appeared in the my Nrma app. charge fox app has no problems showing the station in the app but costs more per kw. they promote member pricing to trick you to waste time on their half baked app

What's new

We have refreshed the Request Roadside Assistance journey with a new look and feel, clearer navigation and improved usability to make it easier to request roadside assistance when you need it.

We have also made performance improvements to the Travel screen, streamlined key offer journeys so you won’t be asked to confirm your membership as often, and enhanced the Dining map experience.
