Tried to use the App for EV charging today. After 30 minutes and a call to the call centre, I gave up. Worst charging experience in two and half years. App is difficult to use, and not intuitive at all. Once I finally added my payment details, it charged me 2 X $15 to plug the cable in, but would not accept my card for EV charging - go figure that out😬 So I left with $30 charged to my card and no car charging. My recommendation, save time and choose an alternative network!

We travel a lot, so having the NRMA along with us on the phone is very comforting. It helps with finding accommodation, nearest fuel, places of interest. It's rare, but when something goes wrong with the car, having roadside assistance, and the NRMA App gets a friendly expert out to you quickly.

I mainly use the app as my first choice to check fuel prices when I notice that the lower cycle has come around. It's excellent for this. What I found difficult was that, when I select the Ampol Foodary from the petrol station list, it has a button labelled Redeem Now which Doesn't show the NRMA discount QR code!
