About this app

ICEinfo shows you the most important live data for your ICE journey directly on your smartphone—without having to use the onboard browser.

What the app can do:

• Real-time current speed
• Live menu of the ICE onboard restaurant
• Station information on escalators, elevators, etc.

• Route data on maximum speed, tunnels, bridges, etc.

• Upcoming stops with arrival times and delays
• Connecting trains at any station of your choice
• Live speed of your ICE Wi-Fi

• Home screen widget for quick access
• Live notifications to keep you informed during your journey

Whether you're a commuter, travel frequently for business, or simply enjoy train travel—ICEinfo makes every journey a little more transparent.

Requirement: Connection to the "WIFIonICE" Wi-Fi network on the train.

The app uses Deutsche Bahn's openly available onboard APIs, community APIs, and other Deutsche Bahn APIs. No registration, no trackers, no advertising.

• Zug-Seite zeigt jetzt den Taufnamen des Zuges
• Gesperrte Wagen werden in der Wagenreihung markiert
• Fahrt teilen: Schicke den aktuellen Stand deiner Reise (Zug, Tempo, nächster Halt, Ankunft) an Freunde
• Import/Export aller aufgezeichneten Fahrten, z. B. bei Gerätewechsel
• Fahrtrichtungswechsel werden im Streckenverlauf angezeigt
