I opened an NSDL Payments Bank account and my account has been blocked for more than 10 days. The entire balance is on hold and I am unable to use my money. I have raised multiple support tickets and sent several emails, but so far I have only received automated acknowledgement messages. I have not received any proper response from a support representative regarding the reason for the block or the timeline for resolution. Customer care calls are also difficult to connect.

Worst banking support experience ever. I am unable to open my savings account because of a “Do Not Honour Mobile” error in the app. I tried contacting customer support multiple times, waited more than 20 minutes on IVR calls, and still could not get proper help. I also sent an email on 9 May and till now I have not received any reply, update, or even a ticket number. Very disappointing customer service and poor response handling.

I will give zero stats if possible. i received only 2-3 payments from my tenants and they blocked my account. I can't even receive the amount in my account. There is no proper customer service, i mailed a week ago and they did not even reply. i think that's enough I need to close my account but there terms are "to close the account you need to pay 590". I REQUEST ONE THING, TAKE THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT PLEASE JUST CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. Thank you
