With the Post-App, you’ll always have our most important services at hand. You can track, manage or frank letters and parcels in just a few clicks, use the pick@home or My Post 24 services with ease and keep an overview of your postal transactions at all times – whether at home, in the office or on the go.

• My consignments: Never miss a delivery. You receive information about upcoming consignments via push notifications and can manage deliveries conveniently.
• Code scanner: Scan or manually enter barcodes and QR codes.
• ePost: Handle your mail digitally: receive letters, pay invoices, sign and return contracts, file and retrieve documents. All in one workflow, anytime and anywhere.
• Track Postbuses live: Track timetable data and live positions of all PostBus vehicles in real time
• Location and opening hours: Find branches, letter boxes and other services, including collection times and opening hours.
• pick@home: Have parcels collected conveniently from your home or an address of your choice.
• DigitalStamp: Frank letters and parcels easily and conveniently with your smartphone, anytime and anywhere, and calculate letter size using artificial intelligence.
• My Post 24: Send or collect parcels and registered letters 24/7 at terminals (without a display).
• Collection note: Missed a delivery? Scan QR code, extend collection period or plan second attempted delivery.
• Support chat: Our chatbot and our customer service specialists will support you with your query directly in the app.

Does everything I expect of it, plus a lot more without getting in my way *too* much, but it keeps asking me if I want to turn on ads and accept all sorts of tracking methods, and sometime recently enabled ads *without* my consent, despite me rejecting tracking on two different screens, and despite me being logged in this whole time. Please just store my preference on my logged in account, and respect my choice. Cheers. (removed a star for the nonconsentual opt-in in particular)

Thank you for your feedback. If advertising is disruptive, you can deactivate it in the app settings.

More than one screen height is occupied by an advertisement of a third party brand. I don't know why the Post app even needs advertisements, aren't the parcels not enough to fund the Swiss Post operational costs? For now they can be disabled, but I doubt it will be like this forever, thus one star, because it's just a wrong direction. Additionally, the app gets slower. The old version was fast, the new version is terrible.

Waaaaay too complicated. Guys, I need two stamps and have no need for the rest of the provided services whatsoever, but would still need to peruse their GTC (I don't accept contracts I didn't read). If you integrate everything into one single app, it just inflates disproportionally. Uninstalled.
