Ratings and reviews

Absolute embarrassment. You took a completely stable and usable platform with TradeRev and completely crippled it making it less user friendly and unstable. Continuous crashes, bugs, and glitches on every use. If your intent was to have users try other platforms such as Eblock, then you succeeded perfectly. I am a long time android user and this is by far the worst revision and app I have used. Each iteration becomes more bloated and slow to load vehicle detail pages.

New openlane update is garbage. Selecting a filter crashes the app. Cannot share a trade since it just loads the openlane website for some reason. Very slow and I cannot access my filter notifications. Also 'research' feature is somehow now $149/month when it used to be free. Ruined a good service.

Horrible ap. Trade rev sucked. Thought open lane would've fixed the bugs. Crashes all the time. Not android friendly. Can't see my purchases . Corporate greed- now unaffordable fees for market research and basic options that were free. Not recommended. Time to move on
