Ratings and reviews

This app sucks, nothing works consistently. If want to change a setting you need to confirm on both devices, probably not recommended if you're driving. If you wish to reconnect you need to make manual changes to both devices, probably not safe if you're driving. The app seems to be an after thought, not an added value. The camera works great, the night vision functions well. A zoom function via a wifi app that works would be great.

Hard to use. You may have connection issues. Turn off your cellular data and maybe turn on Airplane mode. You will need to follow the Wi-Fi connection instructions EXACTLY as seen on Page 28 and 29 of the manual. Other issues like the slow download speed and file management were forgiveable. I did like the video playback tool that works (mostly) without downloading the videos in full.

The main functions of the app work. I could connect, see the live feed on my phone, and playback footage on my phone when connected. But when I try to download the files to my phone, those videos stop playing. I get an error during playback and it says to try again later. I have two clips I have supposedly downloaded to my phone but I cannot access them. Tried hitting the share icon and emailed it to myself and it the file still didn't play. I can't find any information on how to resolve this.
