Metro keeps getting worse and demanding more and more personal contact information that it doesn't need to claim rewards/ pay a bill. The latest update won't allow you to pass the loading screen if you don't allow call access AND access to all your contacts. Access to make calls through the app is whatever. unnecessary for sure, but fine. But why do you need access to all my contacts? This has gotten ridiculous. The website isn't much better with demands for unnecessary personal information.

Mostly good - there have been few offers I enjoy weekly. Should mention - and maybe others have the same issue- I tried to get the "free T-MOBILE" (insert item) and have not been able to get it at the various T-MOBILE shops. So not great -Get excited for nothing. Also, had issues not long ago with redeeming a few offers in the timeframe provided only to have a follow-up request to let the provider "know how you liked it". Hard to say anything about an offer I did NOT received!

It bugs out. I never had issues with paying for my bill on the metro app, but since they were bought out, I noticed how shady and hard it is for you to pay and have access to your own account. App doesn't work. Pin never works. And customer support isn't able to help like other companies help their support teams to solve issues. To change or update anything, going in person to a store near you is better in my opinion.
