About this app

Round up your everyday purchases to the nearest ₹10 and invest the spare change, e.g. when you buy a coffee for ₹223, you can choose to 'round up' to ₹230 and invest the ₹7 change in a mutual fund.

You can also make lump-sum deposits whenever you like.

Start investing with as little as ₹100

With Numbr, you can start investing in a mutual fund with an initial investment amount of ₹100. After that, multiples of ₹1.

Safety & Security

We at Numbr take security very seriously. We use bank-level security and have partnered with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) for mutual fund transactions.

We are regulated by SEBI and licensed by AMFI with ARN-178038.

How Numbr round-ups my transactions?

Numbr rounds up a transaction by analyzing transactional SMSes. This is the core function of the app. Hence we request permission to access your transactional SMSes while setting up the account. Be assured that we do not access any other SMS apart from transactional ones.

How Numbr auto-invest my round-ups?

Numbr uses an e-Mandate (we call it AutoPay) facility to auto-debit your round-ups. e-Mandate is a payment service initiated by RBI and the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). We only debit round-ups from the account registered with Numbr during signup.

Where is my money invested?

Currently, your money is invested in ICICI Prudential Liquid Mutual Fund - Growth. You will be able to choose a mutual fund scheme of your choice very soon.

Is my money safe with Numbr?

Yes, absolutely. We have partnered with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) for mutual fund transactions which means your money never touches Numbr's bank account. Whenever you invest, the money is deposited to the mutual fund house through BSE.

What if Numbr shuts down?

We wish this never happens. But in an unfortunate event where Numbr shuts down, you don't have to worry about your money. As your investments are made directly with the mutual fund companies, you can request a withdrawal from them by mentioning your folio details.
