If I could rate lower, I would. I believe I deleted my account months ago, but I am being charged after a free trial expired (which I know I canceled prior to it expiring), and I've been charged $20 a month for a product I don't even use, and after fighting with the app for ages, I finally got to "cancel", and they're having me go through even MORE hoops to try and cancel it!! Judging from the other reviews here, it's not even a new problem, so do yourself a favor and don't bother with this app.
