Fantastic game, story and graphics.... except terrible terrible game play - no save so you go back to the start of the chapter if you leave the game - which makes it boring. And terrible terribleconrrols. So terrible that i got stuck behind sone trees at the park and had to switch it off to get out - however that meant no save and sent me back to the beginning....
A redefining experience about unimaginable grief Retelling a story such as this must have been incredibly hard, yet the result is not to be missed. The interactive experience lets us to retrace the story of Joel, a terminally ill boy and his family. It is as horrifying as it is real and touching. I wished more interactive experiences would allow their narratives to escape the common boundaries of fantasy and let people feel empathy for those parts of life that are otherwise invisible or ignored. Thanks everybody involved for this enriching experience.
The story of the game is amazing as well as the voice overs. However terrible touch controls hinder the experience. If you have the time this game is better played on a PC but if you really need to play this for mobile the controls are manageable.
I start liking more the laugh of everybody I had a grandmother who had cancer, this game made me remember so many moments I was with her and when she laughed. I love it cause most of the time she was in pain. Now I appreciate more the laughs.
Really cool concept that was very poorly executed. The controls are infuriating. You don't actually do anything... You just click through. Finally, the story is laden with Christian mumbo jumbo. Save your money.
Best game of 2016 Buy this on Steam. It is simply an unforgettable, moving, incredible, tribute to a son made by a loving, creative, and brave family that was willing to let us in on what they have experienced. This "game" will be viewed years from now as a piece that redefined and expanded the medium.
