Used to be a great app when it was Nutmeg, then JP Morgan bought it, stripped it down and made it borderline unusable. They'll delay giving you your money for as long as possible, with no updates or transparency. I'd use someone else if my money wasn't already tied up in here

Dreadful. I had an email from Chase encouraging me to join JP Morgan and invest. Ive downloaded the app and tried everything to register and get involved but its impossible. Nothing works.

Absolute garbage usability. Constantly logged out and forced to use a recovery code. You have to call customer services to set up 2FA. Navigation is awful. Generally v poor compared to competitors.
