The Cowden Support Program App by NutraMedix contains the full dosing schedule for the Cowden Support Program with reminders for each dose. It is designed to help you manage the challenges of staying on schedule and up to date with your Cowden Support Program doses. This also includes an optional water reminder to assist you with staying properly hydrated throughout the day. Easy to install and use.

Ratings and reviews

The water reminder does not work, which is the main reason why I wanted the app. If you need to repeat a day due to a herx, there is no way to do that unless you change your start date on the calendar. Also, it would be nice if you could keep track somewhere of how many drops you use each day if you're inreasing them slower than recommend due to your own needs and body's reactions.

I got this app specifically for the notifications. They are not working for me. I've got them turned on in the app and my settings are set up so that the nutrimetics app can send me notifications on my phone. but I'm still not getting any notifications. so this app is not helping me at all.

This ap will be good when you are not at home and don't want to bring the booklet with you. I thought it would remind me in some way to take the herbs 30 minutes before the scheduled meal time but it doesn't. I also thought that turning the water reminder on would give me alerts but, alas, it does not. All this does is give you the daily doses with a place for you to check it off as finished.
